At HeroPlane, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase.
If you wish to return an item for reasons other than a defect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order by emailing info@heroplane.com.au. Be sure to include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
Once your return request is reviewed and approved, you may return the item to us at your own expense. A full refund, excluding the original shipping charges, will be issued once we receive and inspect the returned item.
Non-Refundable Items
Please note that the following items are not eligible for return or refund:

Returns requested after the 7-day window will be subject to a 20% return processing fee.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Repairs
Depending on the condition of the item we receive we may offer to repair and send the item back to you at no charge.
