Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Domestic shipping rates & delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Standard (AusPost): 2-5 days

Express (AusPost): 1-3 days

 

International Shipping Policy

(Australia),New Zealand, Austria, Belgium, Canada, China, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Hungary, Italy, Japan, Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Ireland, Singapore, South Africa, South Korea, Sweden, Switzerland, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom, United States of America.

For all other international countries please contact us as we can organise shipping at an extra cost.

Please note: HeroPlanes cannot be held responsible for any possible duties and taxes which may be applied by customs in the country where delivery is made. The responsibility for any custom duties, foreign taxes or other fees which may be imposed will rest with the customer. To comply with Australian regulations we are prohibited by law from marking any orders as a ‘gift’.

We may occasionally offer free shipping as part of a special promotion.

 

PROCESSING AND DELIVERY TIMES

When your order has been placed a confirmation email will immediately be sent to your nominated email address. All orders are processed within 24 hours. Our warehouse is based in Melbourne, Australia, so shipping times may vary depending on your location. Please remember that our postman takes weekends off, so if you place your order on the Friday, we’ll ship it to you on the following business day (that’s Monday, unless it’s a long weekend and we’re having vodka mojitos). Purchases made on weekends or Australian public holidays will also be processed the following business day. There can be unexpected delays due to sale period. Please note: confirmation emails can be found hiding in your junk folder, please double check all junk folders or contact us HERE.
