Thank you for shopping with HeroPlane®. We carefully pack and ship aircraft models and aviation collectibles from Melbourne, Australia to customers across Australia and selected international destinations.
Domestic Shipping – Australia
Order Processing
Orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days after payment has been confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or Australian public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
During busy periods, new product releases or promotional events, processing may take slightly longer. If there is a significant delay with your order, we will contact you using the details provided at checkout.
Shipping Rates & Delivery
Shipping options and charges are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your order and delivery destination.
Estimated delivery times shown at checkout are provided as a guide only. Actual delivery times may vary depending on the destination, carrier operations, public holidays and other circumstances outside our control.
Free shipping within Australia is available on orders over AUD $150, unless otherwise stated. From time to time, HeroPlane® may also offer additional free-shipping promotions.
International Shipping
HeroPlane® ships aircraft models and aviation collectibles to selected international destinations.
Available international shipping destinations, shipping methods and charges are shown at checkout. If your country is not currently available at checkout, please contact us to enquire whether shipping can be arranged.
International delivery times vary depending on the destination, shipping service and customs processing.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, customs charges or other fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost unless otherwise stated and are the responsibility of the recipient.
HeroPlane® is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance or local authorities. Customs declarations and shipping documentation will be completed in accordance with applicable carrier and destination requirements.
Tracking & Delivery
Where tracking is available, tracking information will be provided after your order has been dispatched.
Please ensure that your delivery address and contact details are correct when placing your order. HeroPlane® cannot be responsible for delays or additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete delivery information supplied at checkout.
Packaging
Aircraft models are carefully packed to help protect them during transportation. Due to the size and delicate nature of some aircraft models, shipping methods and charges may vary depending on the product dimensions, weight and destination.
